Training
in the Induction department sharpens people and communication
skills. Our induction representatives act as court liaisons
who attend court hearings and coordinate conferences between
the client, family, and courts. The Induction team is also
responsible for working with potential clients.Seminars
and public speaking are also incorporated as part of the
training in the Induction department. An Induction representative
has the opportunity to speak to schools, prison and other
institutions. Representatives often travel outer Island
to give informative seminars to those in need of help.Aside
from working with individuals who have a desire to change
their life, Induction representatives also work hand in
hand with attorney's, judges, probation officers and other
state officials. Working in a professional environment helps
build self worth and level of confidence needed upon re-entering
the work force.
