The above organization will hereinafter be referred to as “Buyer”. Buyer agrees to purchase items at a wholesale price from Habilitat, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Seller.” Wholesale price is $12.00 per item. The delivery of items will be between 2 and 3 weeks after the fundraiser is finished and totals have been reported to Seller.
